Community Breakfast ~ Saturday, April 27th, from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m.  This community outreach is sponsored by the Men’s Prayer Breakfast group and the UMW’s SKI group.  This breakfast is free and open to all (donations will be accepted). This will be a wonderful opportunity to get involved and support this effort to reach out into our community and build relationships with our neighbors and be fulfilled in sharing the love and grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Come one, come all to help, support or just have breakfast and fellowship. If you have questions, talk to anyone from the Men’s Prayer group or SKI group or specifically Pastor Thérèse, Bill Bess or Sue Bess.  Hope to see you there.

Salvation Army Food Pantry collection will be Sunday, April 28th.   Suggested donations: dry beverage mixes (instant coffee and tea, instant breakfast orange drink, etc.)

We will host a community blood drive with the American Red Cross on Saturday, May 4th, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.  For more information or to make an appointment to donate, call the church office or sign up online at redcrossblood.org with sponsor code ProspectStUMC. We urge eligible donors to join us in the selfless act of giving blood.  Donors of all blood types are needed, especially those with types O negative, B negative and A negative.
